Ingredients:

1 large onion

500 gr hover for conversion mixed ground beef

2 tablespoons flour

pepper and salt

1 teaspoon ve-tsin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg

 

10 egg roll skins

1 egg

extra:

oil for frying

 

Preparation:

Grate the onion very small and mix well with the ground beef, flour, herbs and beaten egg.

Prepare:

Quarter each egg roll skin.
Put on the edge of each skin over the complete length a little stuffing and cover the other edge with a little egg. Roll to a small cigar, let the sides open.
Fry the cigars in hot oil and serve hot with spicy chili sauce.
