1 large onion

500 gr convert conversionmixed ground beef and pork

2 tablespoons flour

pepper and salt

1 teaspoon ve-tsin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg

Preparation in advance:

Grate the onion very small and mix well with the ground beef, flour, herbs and beaten egg.

How to prepare:

Quarter each egg roll skin.

Divide on the edge of each skin, over the complete length, a small portion of stuffing. Coat the other edge with little egg. Roll to a small cigar, let the sides open.

Fry the cigars in hot oil and serve hot with spicy chili sauce.
