Oyster mushrooms with garlic butter

Ingredients:

500 gr hover for conversion oyster mushrooms

50 gr hover for conversion soft butter

1 tablespoon parsley

1 tablespoon chives

some drops lemon juice

2 garlic cloves

salt

(or use garlic butter)

freshly ground pepper

Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Put the cleaned oyster mushrooms in a greased ovenproof bowl with cover.
Mix the butter with almost all parsley and chives, the lemon juice, pressed garlic and salt or use garlic butter.
Divide the butter over the mushrooms and place covered 15 minutes in the oven.
Sprinkle before serving with the rest of the parsley and chives and some fresh pepper.
Serve hot with toasted bread, French bread or cheese schnitzels.
