Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe ground beef balls, orientalPut ground beef, chopped shrimp, chopped bamboo shoots, chopped spring onions, chopped mushrooms, chopped bell pepper, sherry, soy sauce, sesame oil and chopped pepper in a bowl and knead well.Divide in 50 balls and place 1 on each wonton skin. Brush the angles with little water.Fold the sheet around the stuffing to a bag-shape and let the upper part open a little.Deep-fry 4-5 minutes in hot oil or steam the bags in a steam pan in 15 minutes well done.Serve with the soy sauce. |
