Ground beef bags

250 gr convert conversionground pork

125 gr convert conversionshrimps

60 gr convert conversionbamboo shoots

3 spring onions

3 mushrooms

1/2 bell pepper

1 tablespoon dry sherry

1 tblsp sweet soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon chili pepper

50 wonton wrappers

How to prepare:

Put ground beef, chopped shrimp, chopped bamboo shoots, chopped spring onions, chopped mushrooms, chopped bell pepper, sherry, soy sauce, sesame oil and chopped pepper in a bowl and knead well.

Divide in 50 balls and place 1 in the middle of each wonton skin. Brush the edges with little water.

Fold the sheet around the stuffing to a paper bag-shape, crumple the edges on top together but let the upper part open a little.

Deep-fry 4-5 minutes in hot oil or steam the bags in a steam pan in 15 minutes well done.

Serve with the soy sauce.
