Meatballs in spicy tomato sauce
175 gr
ground pork
175 gr
veal ground beef
3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cumin
pinch cinnamon
35 gr
breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation in advance:
Mix ground beef, pressed garlic, herbs, breadcrumbs, egg and salt in a bowl.
Knead to a mass which doesnt stick to the bowl. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
How to prepare:
Roll small meatballs.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry half of the meatballs in 2-3 minutes or until brown.
Drain on kitchen paper.
Put the rest of the oil in the pan and fry the rest of the meatballs.
Drain on kitchen paper.
