Meatballs in spicy tomato sauce

Ingredients:

175 gr hover for conversion pork mince

175 gr hover for conversion veal ground beef

3 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon ground cumin

pinch cinnamon

35 gr hover for conversion breadcrumbs

1 egg

2 tablespoons olive oil

 

Piquant tomato sauce 

 

Preparation:

Mix ground beef, pressed garlic, herbs, breadcrumbs, egg and salt in a bowl. Knead to a mass which doesnt stick to the bowl. Place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Prepare:

Make small (soupball large) meatballs.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry half of the meatballs in 2-3 minutes or until brown. Drain on kitchen paper.
Put the rest of the oil in the pan and fry the rest of the meatballs.
Drain on kitchen paper.
Serve the meatballs with or in spicy tomato sauce.
