Meatballs in spicy tomato sauce
3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation in advance:
Mix ground beef, pressed garlic, herbs, breadcrumbs, egg and salt in a bowl. Knead to a mass which doesnt stick to the bowl. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
How to prepare:
Roll small meatballs.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry half of the meatballs in 2-3 minutes or until brown. Drain on kitchen paper.
Put the rest of the oil in the pan and fry the rest of the meatballs.
Drain on kitchen paper.
Serve the meatballs with or in spicy tomato sauce.
