Piquant tomato sauceIngredients:1 tablespoon olive oil1 onion2 garlic cloves125 ml dry white wine450 gr tomatoes(or 2 cans peeled tomatoes)1 tablespoon tomato paste125 ml chicken bouillon1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper100 gr frozen peas

How to prepare:* This sauce is great when making meatballs in tomatosauce.Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chopped onion while stirring 3 minutes, or until the onion is translucent. Add pressed garlic and stir-fry 1 minute.Add the wine and cook 1 minute. Add peeled and chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and bouillon. Simmer 10 minutes.Add cayenne pepper and peas and optional the meatballs or stewed meat.Simmer another 5-10 minutes or until the sauce thickens.Serve immediately.
