Piquant tomato sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves
(or 2 cans peeled tomatoes)
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

How to prepare:
* This sauce is great when making meatballs in tomatosauce.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chopped onion while stirring 3 minutes, or until the onion is translucent. Add pressed garlic and stir-fry 1 minute.
Add the wine and cook 1 minute. Add peeled and chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and bouillon. Simmer 10 minutes.
Add cayenne pepper and peas and optional the meatballs or stewed meat.
Simmer another 5-10 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
