Greek meatballs

Ingredients:

300 gr hover for conversion ground beef

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon basil

1 tablespoon parsley

1 tablespoon garlic

1 teaspoon bell pepper powder

breadcrumbs

(pepper, salt)

 

Preparation:

Mix the ground beef well with the herbs and spices and add breadcrumbs until the mixture is firm.
Let rest for 15 minutes and add optional pepper and salt.

Prepare:

Make of the ground beef mixture approximately 20 balls (30 pieces when used for the barbecue/grill, no breadcrumbs) and coat with the breadcrumbs.
Fry brown in some olive oil or thread to skewers for the barbecue.
Serve with for example tzatziki.
