Greek meatballs(± 20 pcs)Ingredients:300 gr ground beef1 teaspoon oregano1 teaspoon basil1 tablespoon parsley1 tablespoon garlic1 teaspoon bell pepper powderbreadcrumbs(pepper, salt)

Preparation in advance:Mix the ground beef well with the herbs and spices and add breadcrumbs until the mixture is firm.Let rest for 15 minutes and add optional pepper and salt.How to prepare:Make of the ground beef mixture approximately 20 balls (30 pieces when used for the barbecue/grill, no breadcrumbs) and coat with the breadcrumbs.Fry brown in some olive oil or thread to skewers for the barbecue.Serve with for example tzatziki.
