Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe ground beef, Greece, barbecue/grillMix the ground beef well with the herbs and spices and add breadcrumbs until the mixture is firm.Let rest for 15 minutes and add optional pepper and salt.Prepare:Make of the ground beef mixture approximately 20 balls (30 pieces when used for the barbecue/grill, no breadcrumbs) and coat with the breadcrumbs.Fry brown in some olive oil or thread to skewers for the barbecue.Serve with for example tzatziki. |
