Preparation in advance:Make the dill butter. Keep 1 tablespoon apart and make of the rest a roll, using aluminium foil (wrap up like a candy). Place the roll in the fridge. How to prepare:Coat the salmon fillet with the oil and roast both sides shortly under the broiler or on the barbecue till the surface of the salmon is sealed.Brush some of the kept back dill butter over and let the salmon broil a little further of the grill. Total time is 8-10 minutes.Frozen fillets can be used half thawed.Put the salmon on a plate, cut the dill butter in thin slices and arrange the slices on the fish.
