6 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons dill
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to prepare:
Mix with a mixer the soft butter and water till the water is completely taken.
Add the chopped dill, lemon juice and mustard and stir well.
Flavour with salt and pepper.
Let the dill butter rest overnight for the best result.
Delicious with salmon meals.
