Ingredients:

chicken, pork meat, 

calf meat or fish

1 diet revolution bun 

2 eggs

 

Preparation:

Grind the bun and beat the eggs.
Coat the pieces chicken, meat or fish with beaten egg and bread crumbs. Repeat once more.
Fry the chicken, pork or calf in oil or butter on both sides brown, turn carefully. The total frying time is ± 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the meat.
Fry breaded fish the same way, the total frying time for fish is ± 8 minutes.
Serve the breaded meat or fish with mustard sauce or bearnaise sauce.
