Béarnaise sauce

(16 tablespoons)


Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

2 tablespoons lemon juice

3 egg yolks

1/4 teaspoon parsley

1/2 teaspoon herb salt

1/2 teaspoon mustard

 

2 tablespoons white wine

2 teaspoons tarragon

1 tblsp tarragon vinegar

2 teaspoons shallots

2 drops sweetener

How to prepare:

Stir the melted butter, lemon juice, egg yolks, chopped parsley, herb salt and mustard to a mixture.

Simmer wine, tarragon, vinegar, chopped shallots and sweetener in a pan till half is evaporated.

Mix both and stir to a smooth sauce.

Heat the sauce over low heat and serve hot.
