Béarnaise sauce(16 tablespoons)Ingredients:1/2 cup butter2 tablespoons lemon juice3 egg yolks1/4 teaspoon parsley1/2 teaspoon herb salt1/2 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons white wine2 teaspoons tarragon1 tblsp tarragon vinegar2 teaspoons shallots2 drops sweetener

How to prepare:Stir the melted butter, lemon juice, egg yolks, chopped parsley, herb salt and mustard to a mixture.Simmer wine, tarragon, vinegar, chopped shallots and sweetener in a pan till half is evaporated.Mix both and stir to a smooth sauce.Heat the sauce over low heat and serve hot.
