Diet revolution buns

Ingredients:

3 eggs

3 tablespoons cottage cheese

(or cream cheese)

4 drops of sweetener

oil for greasing

 

Caraway seed buns:

1 tablespoon caraway seed

 

Onion buns:

2 tablespoons chopped onion

some butter

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F. Separate the eggs.

Grease a baking sheet with oil. Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks. Mix the egg yolks with the cottage cheese and the sweetener. Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture. Put the mixture in 6 heaps (of ± 5 cm high) on the baking sheet and bake approximately 1 hour.

Caraway seed buns:

Mix caraway seed, egg yolks, cottage cheese and sweetener well. Bake according the recipe of diet revolution buns.

Onion buns:

Fry the very small chopped onion in butter and dry the onions well with kitchen paper. Mix fried onions, egg yolks, cottage cheese and sweetener and bake according the recipe of diet revolution buns.
