How to prepare:Diet revolution buns:Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F.Separate the eggs.Grease a baking sheet with oil. Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks.* Combine the egg yolks with the cottage cheese and the sweetener.Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture. Divide the mixture in 6 heaps (of ± 5 cm high) on the baking sheet and bake approximately 1 hour.
Variation, replace * with:Caraway seed buns:* Combine caraway seed, egg yolks, cottage cheese and sweetener well.Onion buns:* Fry the very small chopped onion in butter and dry the onions well with kitchen paper. Combine fried onions, egg yolks, cottage cheese and sweetener.
