Diet revolution buns

Ingredients:

3 eggs

3 tablespoons cottage cheese

(or cream cheese)

4 drops of sweetener

oil for greasing

 

 

 

 

Caraway seed buns:

1 tablespoon caraway seed

 

Onion buns:

2 tablespoons chopped onion

some butter

How to prepare:

Diet revolution buns:

Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F.

Separate the eggs.

Grease a baking sheet with oil. Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks.

* Combine the egg yolks with the cottage cheese and the sweetener.

Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture. Divide the mixture in 6 heaps (of ± 5 cm high) on the baking sheet and bake approximately 1 hour.

 

Variation, replace * with:

Caraway seed buns:

* Combine caraway seed, egg yolks, cottage cheese and sweetener well.

Onion buns:

* Fry the very small chopped onion in butter and dry the onions well with kitchen paper. Combine fried onions, egg yolks, cottage cheese and sweetener.
