Mustard sauce

(16 tablespoons)


Ingredients:

3 tablespoons chopped shallots

1 tablespoon butter

8 tablespoons French mustard

1/2 cup whipping cream

1/2 teaspoon Worcester sauce

1 1/2 tablespoon chopped chives

How to prepare:

Fry the shallots in the butter till soft.

Stir the mustard and the whipping cream into the shallots (do not cook).

Add the worcester sauce and sprinkle the sauce with chopped chives.

Serve the mustard sauce hot.
