Mustard sauce(16 tablespoons)Ingredients:3 tablespoons chopped shallots1 tablespoon butter8 tablespoons French mustard1/2 cup whipping cream1/2 teaspoon Worcester sauce1 1/2 tablespoon chopped chives

How to prepare:Fry the shallots in the butter till soft.Stir the mustard and the whipping cream into the shallots (do not cook).Add the worcester sauce and sprinkle the sauce with chopped chives.Serve the mustard sauce hot.
