Cheese cake (12 slices)
1/4 cup whipping cream
250 gr
cream cheese
4 leaf white gelatin
2 eggs
juice and peel of 1/4 lemon
12 drops of sweetener
2 dl
whipping cream
cinnamon
oil for greasing

How to prepare:
Heat, stirring, whipping cream and cheese in a sauce pan over low heat till the cheese has melted. Soak the gelatin in cold water, squeeze well and add stirring to the cheese mixture. Stir the mixture over medium heat
till the mixture starts
to cook, remove the pan from the heat and let cool to lukewarm.
Separate the eggs. Add egg yolks, vanilla sugar, grated lemon peel, lemon juice and the sweetener to the cheese mixture.
Beat the cream and the egg whites in 2 bowls to peaks.
Fold the cheese mixture into the beaten egg whites and whipped cream. Grease a bread pan with oil, spoon the mixture in,
sprinkle with cinnamon and let the cheese cake firm in the fridge.
