Bell pepper rolls

Ingredients:

3 red bell peppers

100 gr hover for conversion mon-chou 

(or cream cheese)

4 slices cooked ham

hand-full fresh spinach

extra:

oven

aluminium foil

Wash the bell peppers and roast the peppers according the recipe.
Place 4 pieces ham on 4 pieces foil. Spread the ham thinly with cream cheese and cover with the (1 minute cooked) spinach leaves and slices bell pepper.
Wrap the ham firm, close the foil and let stiffen in the fridge for an hour (or freeze).
Remove the foil, cut the rolls in slices of 2 cm and serve at room temperature (on an amuse spoon).
