Fast tomato salsa


1 medium tomato

1 (spring) onion

1 garlic clove

2 teaspoons parsley

1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

How to prepare:

Peel the tomato and chop the pulp. Mix with the chopped (spring) onion, squeezed garlic clove, chopped fresh parsley and wine vinegar.

Let rest for at least an hour, to let the flavours combine.

Also delicious as dipping for a Mexican taco.
