Tartar sauce 1

Go to all recipes for: Sauces and herb butter, Barbecue, Gourmet, Fish 

Ingredients:

4 dl hover for conversion mayonnaise

3 gherkins

(1 teaspoon capers)

1 tablespoon fresh chives

1 tablespoon fresh parsley

1 shallot

1/4-1 teaspoon dijon mustard

 

Preparation:

Chop gherkins, capers (optional), chives and parsley. Grate the shallot.
Mix well with mayonnaise and add dijon mustard at flavour.
 
Delicious served with fish.
