4 dl convert conversionmayonnaise

3 gherkins

(1 teaspoon capers)

1 tablespoon fresh chives

1 tablespoon fresh parsley

1 shallot

1/4-1 teaspoon dijon mustard

How to prepare:

Chop gherkins, capers (optional), chives and parsley. Grate the shallot.

Mix well with mayonnaise and add dijon mustard at flavour.

Delicious served with fish.
