Tartar sauce 1Ingredients:4 dl mayonnaise3 gherkins(1 teaspoon capers)1 tablespoon fresh chives1 tablespoon fresh parsley1 shallot1/4-1 teaspoon dijon mustard

How to prepare:Chop gherkins, capers (optional), chives and parsley. Grate the shallot.Mix well with mayonnaise and add dijon mustard at flavour.
Delicious served with fish.
