Mustard butter


Ingredients:

250 gr butter convert conversion

4 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons mustard

1/2 tablespoon mustard seed

salt

How to prepare:

Mix with a mixer the soft butter and water till the water is completely taken.

Mix the mustard and mustard seeds (at flavour) well with the butter.

Let the mustard butter rest overnight for the best result.
