Curry ginger sauce

Ingredients:

400 gr hover for conversion mayonnaise

4-6 tablespoons curry powder

4-6 tablespoons ginger syrup

6 balls stem ginger

 

 

Preparation:

Chop the ginger very small, mix at flavour all ingredients well.
You can keep the sauce 2 months.
 
Delicious with for example chicken dishes.
 
This sauce is ready very fast. It tastes best if you let the sauce rest overnight.
