Curry ginger sauceIngredients:400 gr mayonnaise4-6 tablespoons curry powder4-6 tablespoons ginger syrup6 balls stem ginger

How to prepare:Chop the ginger very small, mix at flavour all ingredients well.You can keep the sauce 2 months.
Delicious with for example chicken dishes.
This sauce is ready very fast. It tastes best if you let the sauce rest overnight.
