Curry butter


Ingredients:

250 gr butter convert conversion

6 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce

3 tablespoons curry powder

salt

How to prepare:

Mix with a mixer the soft butter and water till the water is completely taken.

Add the curry powder and sweet soy sauce and stir well.

Flavour with salt.

Let the curry butter rest overnight for the best result.
