Ingredients:5 tablespoons pancake syrup4 tablespoons vinegar1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce1 dl

Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe sauces and herb butter, gourmet, barbecue and fondueMelt the syrup over low heat and add vinegar, sweet soy sauce, water and the pineapple juice from the can.Mix 2 tablespoons water with the cornstarch and add, while stirring, to the sauce.Bring the sauce to a boil.Add the chopped ginger and 2 slices chopped pineapple, simmer about 2 minutes.Delicious at all kinds of Oriental meals. |
