Tomato salad


Ingredients:

500 gr convert conversiontomatoes (pomedori)

1 onion

1 tablespoon Italian herbs

salt

1 large tablespoon garlic sauce

How to prepare:

Peel the tomatoes.

Cut each tomato in 10 à 12 pieces.

Drain the tomatoes in a colander.

Peel and half the onion. Cut in transparent thin slices.

Mix tomatoes, onion, Italian herbs, salt and garlic sauce. Let rest for at least an hour, to let the flavours combine photo recipe.
