Mango salad with prawns

Ingredients:

2 head iceberg lettuce

1 ripe mango

2 tablespoons white wine

1 teaspoon mustard

salt and pepper

6 tablespoons oil

100 gr hover for conversion peeled prawns

Wash and dry the lettuce. Cut the leaves in strips.
Peel the mango, slice the pulp from the pip and cut in thin strips.
Make a sauce of vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and oil.
Mix with the iceberg lettuce and mango.
Put the salad 30 minutes in the fridge to let the tastes mix.
Place the salad on 4 plates and garnish with the shrimps.
