Mango salad with prawns


2 head iceberg lettuce

1 ripe mango

2 tablespoons white wine

1 teaspoon mustard

salt and pepper

6 tablespoons oil

100 gr convert conversionpeeled prawns

How to prepare:

Wash and dry the lettuce. Cut the leaves in strips.

Peel the mango, slice the pulp from the pip and cut in thin strips.

Make a sauce of vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and oil.

Mix with the iceberg lettuce and mango.

Place the salad 30 minutes in the fridge, to let the flavours combine.

Put the salad on 4 plates and garnish with the shrimps.
