Vegetables pizza

Ingredients:

1 recipe pizza dough

1 recipe tomato sauce

1 can (green) asparagus

100 gr hover for conversion broccoli florets

1 small can corn

2 tomatoes

1 small onion

1 tablespoon oregano 

100 gr hover for conversion cheese

Make the pizza crust dough and the tomato sauce according to the basic recipes.

Prepare:

Preheat the oven to 250°C/480°F (fan oven 225°C/440°F).
Cook the broccoli florets with some salt 1 minute. Drain the asparagus and corn well.
Cut the asparagus in pieces of 2 cm, the tomatoes in pieces and the onion in thin slices.
Cover the risen pizza bottom with the sauce and divide the vegetables.
Sprinkle the oregano and the grated cheese over.
Bake the vegetable pizza in the upper part of the oven about 12-15 minutes.
