1 recipe tomato sauce
1 tablespoon butter

Preparation in advance:
Make the pizza crust dough and the tomato sauce according to the basic recipes.
How to prepare:
Stir-fry the sliced mushrooms in the butter until all fluid has evaporated.
Preheat the oven to 250°C/480°F (fan oven 225°C/440°F).
Spread the tomato sauce over the risen pizza bottom and divide the sliced tomatoes.
