Mushroom pizza

Ingredients:

1 recipe pizza dough

1 recipe tomato sauce

250 gr hover for conversion mushrooms (i.e. (chestnut) mushroom, shii-take, oyster mushroom)

1 tablespoon butter

1-2 tomatoes

(cheese)

Make the pizza crust dough and the tomato sauce according to the basic recipes.

Prepare:

Preheat the oven to 250°C/480°F (fan oven 225°C/440°F).
Fry the sliced mushrooms in the butter until all fluid has evaporated.
Cover the risen pizza bottom with the tomato sauce and with the sliced tomatoes. Divide the mushrooms over the tomatoes and grater at flavour cheese over.
 
Bake the pizza in the upper part of the oven about 12-15 minutes .
