Mushroom pizza

(Pizza Funghi)

(1 pcs)

Ingredients:

1 recipe pizza dough

1 recipe tomato sauce

250 gr convert conversionmushrooms (i.e. (chestnut) mushroom, shii-take, oyster mushroom)

1 tablespoon butter

1-2 tomatoes

(cheese)

Preparation in advance:

Make the pizza crust dough and the tomato sauce according to the basic recipes.

How to prepare:

Stir-fry the sliced mushrooms in the butter until all fluid has evaporated.

Preheat the oven to 250°C/480°F (fan oven 225°C/440°F).

Spread the tomato sauce over the risen pizza bottom and divide the sliced tomatoes.

Divide the mushrooms over the tomatoes photo recipe and top, optional, with grated cheese.

 

Bake the pizza in the upper part of the oven about 12-15 minutes photo recipe.
