Brie and salmon pizza

Ingredients:

1 recipe pizza dough

1 tablespoon oil

2 large tablespoons pesto

200 gr hover for conversion brie

3 large tomatoes

1 small onion

100-150 gr hover for conversion smoked salmon

(dill, capers, olives)

Make the pizza crust dough and pesto according to the basic recipes.

Prepare:

Preheat the oven to 250°C/480°F (fan oven 225°C/440°F).
Mix the pesto and the oil and divide the mixture over the risen pizza crust bottom.
Cover, arranged like roof tiles, with slices tomato and brie.
Garnish with thin sliced onion.
Bake the pizza in the upper part of the oven about 12 minutes, turn off the oven.
Divide the in strips sliced salmon and optional some dill, capers and olive over the pizza and let get warm about a minute in the still warm baking oven.
