Sugar circles

Ingredients:

6 egg yolks

120 gr hover for conversion sugar

250 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

450 gr hover for conversion flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 egg white

coarse or pearl sugar

Make of creamy beaten egg yolks, sugar, butter, flour and baking powder a smooth dough. Wrap in aluminium foil and place for a night in the fridge.

Prepare:

Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F (fan oven 175°C/350°F).
Roll between your hands strings of 1/2 cm diagonal and a length of 10 cm. Twine two strings and mold to a circle.
Coat with slighty beaten egg white and sprinkle with sugar.
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake the sugar circles 10-15 minutes.
