2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg white
coarse or pearl sugar

Preparation in advance:
Make of creamy beaten egg yolks, sugar, butter, flour and baking powder a smooth dough.
Wrap in aluminium foil and place overnight in the fridge.
How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F (fan oven 175°C/350°F).
Roll, between your hands, strings of 1/2 cm thick and a length of 10 cm.
Twine two strings and mold to a circle.
Coat with slighty beaten egg white and sprinkle with sugar.
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake the sugar circles 10-15 minutes.
