Sand cake

Ingredients:

200 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

200 gr hover for conversion icing sugar

2 tablespoons vanilla sugar

3 eggs

250 gr hover for conversion cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

pinch salt

a little condensed milk

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F (fan oven 140°C/280°F).
Beat the butter creamy and add icing sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs.
Mix cornstarch with baking powder and salt and add it at the butter.
Spoon the batter in a greased baking pan and cover with condensed milk.
 
Bake the cake 90 minutes.
