Cream puffs pie 1

Ingredients:

2.5 dl hover for conversion milk

pinch salt

100 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

140 gr hover for conversion flour

5 eggs no. 3

1 teaspoon baking powder

 

10 tablespoons compote

1 package vanilla pudding

100 gr hover for conversion butter

icing sugar

extra:

oven

springform Ø 22-24 cm

Preparation:

Make puffs dough according the basic recipe.

Prepare:

Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F). Divide the batter in two.
Grease and flour a springform pan. Cover the bottom with heaps of the dough, just touching each other. Place the bottom 15-20 minutes in the oven. Let the bottom cool on a wire rack and bake meanwhile the cover: Fill a piping bag with the rest of the dough, make heaps with a star needle. Bake 15-20 minutes.
Garnish the bottom with compote (you favorit flavour). Make vanilla pudding according the instructions on the package and fold the creamy beaten butter in.
Divide the pudding over the compote. Place the cover on the pie and garnish with lots of icing sugar. Serve cooled.
