Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe cookies, pie and pastry making, Santa Claus recipesSift the flour in a bowl and mix well with the sugar, salt, baking powder and cookies (or pumpkin) spices. Add the butter, milk and syrup and knead the mixture well.Let the dough 30 minutes rest at room temperature, wrapped in foil.Prepare:Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F) and grease a baking pan.Make very small balls of the dough or make characters (the "pepernoten" will double in size) and place on the baking sheet.
