Orange cake 1

Ingredients:

150 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

150 gr hover for conversion sugar

grated peel of 1 orange

4 eggs

2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or orange liquor

150 gr hover for conversion cornstarch

150 gr hover for conversion flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

4 tablespoons orange juice

 

extra:

baking oven 

cake can of 1.5 liter

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Stir the butter smooth with sugar and the grated orange peel. Add while stirring eggs and liqueur.
Mix the flour with cornstarch and baking powder, add it to the butter and whip (use a mixer) to a airely batter.
Grease a cake pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Spoon the batter in and bake the cake 45-60 minutes.
Let the cake cool on a wire rack.
Puncture at equal distance little holes in the cake (with a knitting needle or skewer) and sprinkle with the orange juice.
