Orange liqueur


Ingredients:

1 kg convert conversionoranges

1 liter convert conversionbrandy

7.5 dl convert conversion sugar syrup

extra:

2 liter convert conversionpreserving jar

3 bottles

Preparation in advance:

Wash the oranges well and cut, unpeeled, in 8 pieces.

Place the orange segments with the brandy in a canning jar and let rest about 2 months.

How to prepare:

Pour the brandy with oranges through a strainer with a cloth and squeeze well.

Add the sugar syrup and mix with the orange brandy.

Pour the liqueur in the cleaned bottles.

Ready for use after 1 month.

Preservable for 1 year.
