Orange liqueurIngredients:1 kg oranges1 liter brandy7.5 dl sugar syrup
extra:2 liter preserving jar3 bottles

Preparation in advance:Wash the oranges well and cut, unpeeled, in 8 pieces.Place the orange segments with the brandy in a canning jar and let rest about 2 months.
How to prepare:Pour the brandy with oranges through a strainer with a cloth and squeeze well.Add the sugar syrup and mix with the orange brandy.Pour the liqueur in the cleaned bottles.Ready for use after 1 month.Preservable for 1 year.
