Sift flour and baking powder on a work area, make a hole in the middle and break the egg in the hole. Mix with a little flour. Sprinkle the sugar and the salt over. Cut the cold butter in small pieces into the flour and knead with cold hands rapidly to a dough. Wrap the dough and let rest 30 minutes in the fridge.

Prepare:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Grease a springform , sprinkle with breadcrumbs and line with the dough. Bake the cake brown in 15-20 minutes. Peel the kiwi's and banana, cut in thin slices and divide over the cooled cake bottom. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and rum.
Make the cake jelly like mentioned on the package and add the sugar. Divide the jelly, when almost cold, over the cake.
