Hazelnut cake


Ingredients:

200 gr convert conversionbutter or margarine

200 gr convert conversionsugar

4 eggs

125 gr convert conversioncornstarch

125 gr flour convert conversion

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoons cocoa

150 gr convert conversionground hazelnuts

 

200 gr convert conversionicing sugar

3 tablespoons water

springform Ø 22-24 cm

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).

Stir the butter soft and whip alternately sugar and eggs into the butter.

Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder and cocoa well and stir into the butter mixture.

Add the chopped hazelnuts and pour the batter in a well greased baking pan.

Bake the cake 70-80 minutes.

 

Stir a glaze of the icing sugar with the water and cover the cold cake.
