Hazelnut cakeIngredients:200 gr butter or margarine200 gr sugar4 eggs125 gr cornstarch125 gr flour2 teaspoons baking powder2 tablespoons cocoa150 gr ground hazelnuts
200 gr icing sugar3 tablespoons waterextra:ovenspringform Ø 22-24 cm

How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).Stir the butter soft and whip alternately sugar and eggs into the butter.Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder and cocoa well and stir into the butter mixture.Add the chopped hazelnuts and pour the batter in a well greased baking pan.Bake the cake 70-80 minutes.
Stir a glaze of the icing sugar with the water and cover the cold cake.
