Hazelnut cake

Ingredients:

200 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

200 gr hover for conversion sugar

4 eggs

125 gr hover for conversion cornstarch

125 gr hover for conversion flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoons cocoa

150 gr hover for conversion ground hazelnuts

 

200 gr hover for conversion icing sugar

3 tablespoons water

extra:

oven

springform Ø 22-24 cm

 

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Stir the butter soft and whip alternately sugar and eggs into the butter.
Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder and cocoa well and stir into the butter mixture.
Add the chopped hazelnuts and pour the batter in a well greased baking pan.
Bake the cake 70-80 minutes.
 
Stir a glaze of the icing sugar with the water and cover the cold cake.
