Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe cake, pie and pastry makingPreheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).Separate egg whites and yolks.Beat the butter creamy and add sugar, lemon juice, egg yolks and rum.Keep whipping and add bit by bit the flour.Beat the 4 egg whites with a tablespoon sugar to stiff peaks and fold it carefully into the batter.Grease a cake pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.Pour or spoon the batter in the can and bake the cake 40-50 minutes. |
