Coffee cake with rum

Ingredients:

250 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

4 eggs

300 gr hover for conversion sugar

3 tablespoons vanilla sugar

375 gr hover for conversion flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

150 gr hover for conversion chopped hazelnuts

1 cup cold strong coffee

50 gr hover for conversion chocolate coffee beans

glaze:

150 gr hover for conversion icing sugar

1-2 tablespoons rum

extra:

oven, cake pan

 

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Beat the soft butter and eggs creamy and add sugar and vanilla sugar.
Mix flour, baking powder and chopped hazelnuts and stir into the butter.
Add the strong coffee and beat to a smooth dough.
Fill a greased round or long cake pan with the batter and bake the cake 70-80 minutes.
Put after baking the cake on a wire rack, let cool well and cover with rum glaze.
Garnish the cake with chocolate coffeebeans.
