Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe cakes, pie and pastry makingPreheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).Beat the soft butter and eggs creamy and add sugar and vanilla sugar.Mix flour, baking powder and chopped hazelnuts and stir into the butter.Add the strong coffee and beat to a smooth dough.Fill a greased round or long cake pan with the batter and bake the cake 70-80 minutes.Put after baking the cake on a wire rack, let cool well and cover with rum glaze.Garnish the cake with chocolate coffeebeans. |
