Coffee cake with rumIngredients:250 gr butter or margarine4 eggs300 gr sugar3 tablespoons vanilla sugar375 gr flour3 teaspoons baking powder150 gr chopped hazelnuts1 cup cold strong coffee50 gr chocolate coffee beansglaze:150 gr icing sugar1-2 tablespoons rumextra:oven, cake pan

How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).Beat the soft butter and eggs creamy and add sugar and vanilla sugar.Mix flour, baking powder and chopped hazelnuts and stir into the butter.Add the strong coffee and beat to a smooth dough.Fill a greased round or long cake pan with the batter and bake the cake 70-80 minutes.Put after baking the cake on a wire rack, let cool well and cover with rum glaze.Garnish the cake with chocolate coffeebeans.
