Apple pie 5

Ingredients:

125 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

125 gr hover for conversion sugar

3 eggs

250 gr hover for conversion flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

750 gr hover for conversion apples

1 egg

50 gr hover for conversion sugar

30 gr hover for conversion flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

springform Ø 22-24 cm

 

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Beat the butter creamy and add sugar, 3 eggs, flour and baking powder.
Keep whipping till it becomes a smooth dough.
Pour the batter in a greased springform.
Peel the apples, remove stalks and cores and grater roughly. Divide the grater over the dough.
Beat the egg white of 1 egg to peaks with a teaspoon sugar and fold the beaten yolk and the rest of the sugar into the eggwhite.
Mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon and fold it into the egg-mixture too.
Divide over the grated apples and bake 60-70 minutes.
