Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe cake, pie and pastry makingPreheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).Beat the butter creamy and add sugar, 3 eggs, flour and baking powder.Keep whipping till it becomes a smooth dough.Pour the batter in a greased springform.Peel the apples, remove stalks and cores and grater roughly. Divide the grater over the dough.Beat the egg white of 1 egg to peaks with a teaspoon sugar and fold the beaten yolk and the rest of the sugar into the eggwhite.Mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon and fold it into the egg-mixture too.Divide over the grated apples and bake 60-70 minutes. |
