Sushi 1

Ingredients:

500 gr hover for conversion sushi rice

5 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon mirin

3 tablespoons sugar

1-2 teaspoons salt

nori

wasabi

250 gr hover for conversion smoked salmon

(or raw tuna)

3 tablespoons ginger

1 cucumber

* This is a simple sushi, ideal for a large group guests.

Cook the rice. Make a mixture of vinegar, mirin, sugar and salt (dissolve the sugar) and divide over the rice. Let cool to lukewarm.
Grease a square baking pan of 20-25 cm slightly with oil and cover with plastic foil.
Cover the bottom with sheets nori and cut the edges, so the nori fits exactly in the pan. Divide half of the sushi rice well over the nori. Divide some wasabi over the rice. Cover with thinly sliced smoked salmon or raw tuna and a layer nori. Divide the ginger and thinly sliced cucumber. End with the rest of the rice and a layer nori.
Cover with plastic foil, press well. Let rest for at least 1 hour or better 1 night in the fridge.

Prepare:

Turn the pan on a cutting shelf and remove the plastic foil. Cut the sushi in squares.
