Pisang goreng

4 ripe bananas
100 gr flour

pinch salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 dl
milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
icing sugar
extra:
oil for frying

How to prepare:
Make a batter of the flour, salt, baking powder, milk, egg and the cinnamon.
Let rest about 10 minutes at room temperature.
Peel and half the bananas lenghtwise and cut every piece in three.
Coat the bananas with the batter and deep-fry in portions of 6 until golden brown.
Sprinkle with icing sugar at taste and serve hot.
Delicious as dessert but also great at new year's eve as alternative apple
fritter.
