Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - oriental recipes, party food, ground beefQuarter each egg roll skin and cut each square diagonal, so you get 80 triangles.Keep till use under a moist cloth.Mix the ground beef with the remaining ingredients.Prepare:Make 80 small balls. Place on each triangle a ball and brush the edges of the dough with beaten egg.Fold the 2 points towards each other to make a triangle and push the edges.Fry the pangsits in hot oil until they are brown and drain well.They can be eaten without sauce. |
