Deep fried pineappleIngredients:1 can pineapple slices1 recipe pancake-batter

How to prepare:Make a batter for pancakes according to the recipe but with 2 dl milk instead of 2.5.Drain the pineapple slices.Heat the oil.Dip the (optional halved) slices completely in the batter and fry the pineapple golden brown.Drain the slices on kitchen paper and sprinkle with icing sugar.
