Cheese turnover

175 gr
feta
50 gr
ricotta
2 tablespoons fresh mint
1 egg
2 spring onions
2 tblsp bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg

How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F).
Grease 2 baking sheets.
Put the crumbled feta, mashed ricotta, chopped mint, beaten egg, chopped spring onions, dry bread crumbs and ground black pepper in a bowl and stir well with a
fork.
Cut circles of 10 cm from the dough. Spoon 2 level tablespoons cheese mixture in the middle of each circle and coat the edges with little water. Fold the dough
over the mixture. Push the edges with a fork to get a nice curly edge. Brush with egg and sprinkle the
bags optional with sesame seed. Place the turnovers on the baking sheets.
Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Make of the rest of the puff pastry i.e. twists.
