Stuffed French bread
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves
4-6 tomatoes
1/4 cucumber
1 onion
1 can tuna
100 gr
black olives
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt
pepper

How to prepare:
Cut over the complete length the upper crust of the French bread and hollow.
Stir 1 pressed garlic clove with 2 tablespoons olive oil and coat the inside of the bread.
Peel 1 tomato, mash it with a fork and spread it on the inside of the bread.
Slice the remaining tomatoes, cucumber and onion.
Arrange alternately in the bread with the drained and mashed tuna and the halved and stoned black olives.
Mix lemon juice, salt, pepper, celery salt and the other squeezed garlic clove with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and drizzle over the stuffing in the bread.
Place the upper crust back on the bread.
