Tempura

(4 servings)


Ingredients:

3 tblsp crushed sesame seeds

3 eggs

2 tablespoons cottage cheese

1 teaspoon herb salt

How to prepare:

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix for 3 minutes.

Add 1/4 cup of shrimps, mussels, fish fillets, cauliflower florets, mushrooms, broccoli or snap beans to the batter and deep-fry golden brown.

Serve with mustard sauce, horseradish sauce and lemon butter sauce.
