Tempura(4 servings)Ingredients:3 tblsp crushed sesame seeds3 eggs2 tablespoons cottage cheese1 teaspoon herb salt

How to prepare:Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix for 3 minutes.Add 1/4 cup of shrimps, mussels, fish fillets, cauliflower florets, mushrooms, broccoli or snap beans to the batter and deep-fry golden brown.Serve with mustard sauce, horseradish sauce and lemon butter sauce.
