Diet revolution bread

(12 slices)


Ingredients:

2 eggs

3 drops of sweetener

2 tablespoons cottage cheese

(or cream cheese)

2 tablespoons soya flour

 

extra:

oil for greasing

bread baking pan

oven

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 160°C/310°F.

Grease a small bread baking pan with oil.

Separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks with a fork.

Beat the egg whites to peaks with the sweetener.

Combine egg yolks and cheese and fold the beaten egg whites in.

Fold the sifted soya flour carefully into the mixture.

Pour/spoon the mixture in the bread baking pan.

Bake the bread 30 minutes at 160°C/310°F and the last 30 minutes at 150°C/300°F (use an oven thermometer).

Cut the bread, when cooled, in 12 slices.
