Diet revolution bread

Ingredients:

2 eggs

3 drops of sweetener

2 tablespoons cottage cheese

(or cream cheese)

2 tablespoons soya flour

oil for greasing

Preheat the oven to 160°C/310°F. Grease a small bread baking pan with oil.
Separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks with a fork. Beat the egg whites to peaks with the sweetener. Mix egg yolks with the cheese and fold the beaten egg whites in.
Fold the sifted soya flour carefully into the mixture.
Put the mixture in the bread baking pan. Bake the bread the first 30 minutes at 160°C/310°F and the last 30 minutes at 150°C/300°F (use an oven thermometer).
Cut the bread, when cooled, in 12 slices.
