Spinach and mushroom toast

Ingredients:

4 slices white bread

butter

250 gr hover for conversion spinach

salt

150 gr hover for conversion mushrooms

little butter

4 slices (cooked) ham

4 slices cheese

Preparation:

Toast the slices of bread golden brown and butter 1 side.
Wash the spinach well and cook about 5 minutes with a little salt in the attached water.
Slice the mushrooms and fry over high heat in a little piece butter brown.
Put the (cooked) ham on the toasted bread, divide the spinach and the mushrooms over and cover with a slice cheese.
Put the toast in the oven under the grill until the cheese has melted.
