Spinach and mushroom toast
4 slices white bread
4 slices (cooked) ham
4 slices cheese

How to prepare:
Wash the spinach well and cook, in the clinging water and with little salt, about 5 minutes.
Slice the mushrooms and fry over high heat in little butter brown.
Toast the sliced bread golden brown and butter one side.
Put the (cooked) ham on the toasted bread, divide the spinach and the mushrooms over and top with sliced cheese.
Bake the toast in the oven until the cheese has melted.
