Spicy vegetables

Ingredients:

12 shitake

12 baby corn

12 snow peas

2 tablespoons oil

1 garlic clove

1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce

24 skewers

Preparation:

Soak wooden skewers at least 30 minutes in water.
Half the shitake, babycorn and snow peas. Thread these alternate to 24 skewers.
Mix the oil with the squeezed garlic clove and the sweet chili sauce in a bowl and stir well.
Coat the vegetables with the oil mixture and roast on a roaster pan or grill on the barbecue about 2-3 minutes.
Drizzle the vegetables with the oil once again while roasting.
