Stuffed eggs in green(12 pcs)Ingredients:6 eggs1 tablespoon mayonnaise1/2 teaspoon sweet soy sauce1 tablespoon curry powderpinch salt1 head (iceberg) lettuce(curry sauce)

How to prepare:Cook the eggs 10 minutes. Cool, half lenghtwise an put the egg yolks in a bowl.Cover 4 plates with sliced lettuce leaves (optional mixed with little curry sauce).Arrange 3 empty egg halves on each plate and season with little salt.Mash the egg yolks with mayonnaise, sweet soy sauce, curry powder and salt.Fill a piping bag with the egg yolk-mixture and stuff the eggs (or use 2 teaspoons).Garnish with parsley.Serve at room temperature.
