Stuffed eggs in green

Ingredients:

6 eggs

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon sweet soy sauce

1 tablespoon curry powder

pinch salt

1 head (iceberg) lettuce

(curry sauce)

 

extra:

piping bag

 

Preparation:

Cook the eggs 10 minutes. Cool, half in the length an put the egg yolks in a bowl.
Cover 4 plates with sliced lettuce leaves (optional mixed with little curry sauce).
Arrange 3 empty egg halves on each plate and season with little salt.
Mash the egg yolks with mayonnaise, sweet soy sauce, curry powder and salt.
Fill a piping bag with the egg yolk-mixture and stuff the eggs (or use 2 teaspoons).
Garnish with parsley.
Serve at room temperature.
