Salmon dipping sauceIngredients:200 gr cream cheese100 gr smoked salmon5 tablespoons creamchives or dillpepper

How to prepare:Blend cream cheese, smoked salmon and cream in a kitchen machine to a smooth sauce.Add at flavour ground pepper and sprinkle chopped chives or dill over.Keep the sauce till use in the fridge.
(Also delicious on French bread, skip adding the cream.)
