Salmon dipping sauce


200 gr convert conversioncream cheese

100 gr convert conversionsmoked salmon

5 tablespoons cream

chives or dill

How to prepare:

Blend cream cheese, smoked salmon and cream in a kitchen machine to a smooth sauce.

Add at flavour ground pepper and sprinkle chopped chives or dill over.

Keep the sauce till use in the fridge.

(Also delicious on French bread, skip adding the cream.)
