Salmon saladIngredients:1 large can (pink/red) salmon500 gr cooked potatoes1 onion
5 tablespoons mayonnaise1 teaspoon dill1 tablespoon parsley1 small can tomato paste (70 gr)1 tablespoon lemon juicesaltpepper |

How to prepare:Strip the canned salmon of bones and skin and divide in pieces.Chop the potatoes roughly, grate the onion and cut the parsley.
Make a sauce of the mayonnaise with chopped dill, parsley, tomato paste, lemon juice, some salt and freshly ground pepper.Fold the pieces salmon into the potatoes, onion and the sauce.Place the salmon salad on a dish or in a bowl and garnish with for example prawns, smoked salmon, tomato and egg.
