Baked potato
4 large crumb potatoes
salt
oil
herb quark:
125 gr
quark
salt, pepper
chives
parsley
some grated onion
garlic powder
paprika powder
extra:
aluminium foil

How to prepare:
Brush and wash the potatoes well and pierce the peel on several places with a fork.
Grease 4 sheets foil with oil and wrap each potato, with a pinch salt, in foil.
Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Place the potatoes on a baking pan, slide it in middle in the oven (or place in the coals of the barbecue) and cook about 45 minutes.
Stir a mixture of quark, salt, pepper, small cut chives, chopped parsley, grated onion, garlic powder and paprika powder.
When the potatoes are cooked, cross each potato and push (use oven gloves !) the crumb up a little.
Top with little herb-quark and serve the rest of the quark in a bowl.
